Length of the wooden strip required is equal to perimeter of the photograph.
Length of the photograph = 32 cm
Breadth of the photograph = 21 cm
Perimeter of the photograph = 2(length + breadth) = 2(32 + 21) = 2(53) = 106 cm
Therefore, length of the wooden strip required = 106 cm
